Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Free return shipping on defective or incorrect items
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong box or believe another box would be a better fit for your skin, we are happy to exchange it within 30 days.

• Exchanges for a different box of equal or lesser value
• Unopened products only
• Contact us first to confirm the best box for your skin type

How to Return or Exchange

1. 1Contact us within 30 days of delivery using our contact form or email
2. 2Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange
3. 3We will send you a prepaid return label (for defective/incorrect items) or instructions for your return
4. 4Pack the items securely and ship them back to us
5. 5Once received, we process your refund or ship your exchange within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened or used skincare products, sheet masks that have been removed from packaging, and any items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
