Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand!
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status by contacting our support team at any time.
Packaging
Your skincare box is carefully packed in eco-friendly, recyclable materials to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. We use protective cushioning and sealed pouches for liquids and serums.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
